2. Products

We sell new busy books for kids (educational activity books/boards designed to develop fine motor skills and early learning through hands-on activities). Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colours, images, or descriptions displayed on your device perfectly reflect the actual product, and minor variations may occur. Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in [CURRENCY — e.g. GBP (£)] and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As we operate under the French VAT exemption scheme, no VAT is added to displayed prices. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be charged at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of, including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: American express, Apple pay, Mastercard, Google pay, Discover,Visa, Klarna . All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Shipping

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within [X] days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
